My passion for health and nutrition started when I was young, growing up watching my mother struggle with the ups and downs of yo-yo dieting. After pursuing my degree in nutrition, I began a career with Metabolic Research Center in 2007 and never looked back. I did the program and lost over 20 pounds! I was so amazed at how much better I felt and loved coaching others to do the same.

It wasn't until 2012 that I truly understood what it meant to be overweight and struggle with getting more weight off. I gained 50 pounds with my daughter and it was time to do MRC again! I started with the breastfeeding menu, ended with regular program and was able to get back to my pre-baby weight in just 6 months! I felt amazing and like my old self again.

However, the story doesn't end there. I had my son in August 2014 and had gained 60 pounds while pregnant with him. So I can truly say that I am grateful that MRC is in my life because I was able to quickly get back on the program. I'm aiming for those pre-baby jeans again! Metabolic has helped me learn about myself, my relationship wit food (stress eater) and taught me how to overcome the obstacles that life throws my way. I love that the program is easy and the weight comes off fast. IT WORKS!!
