Angie -

I’d already begun a "healthy eating program" when I heard about the program at Metabolic Research Center from a friend of mine. Her success really caught my attention, and after several months of my online program I decided to give MRC's program a try.  I wanted to be as healthy as possible, I was sick and tired of looking and feeling sick and tired.  I also wondered if I could ever be less dependent on medications for my health issues - some of which were weight related.  After thinking, “How could I spend more money on another weight loss program?” I decided that I wasn't going to let money be a roadblock to success - especially the kind that my friend was seeing while doing this program. This time weight loss was going to be an investment in my health!

I soon found that the structure MRC provided was perfect for me. I began seeing results quickly and consistently.  I was suprised to discover that a weight loss plan could be livable and that the changes I made (once believed to be impossible) had become a part of my daily life...just like my new found hobbies - walking and pilates! Never once did I feel alone. If it wasn’t the MRC staff encouraging me, it was other clients...everyone in the center was so supportive! This reassurance was ongoing, and it was the best part of my program! I couldn’t believe how easily I adjusted - my body seemed to love it!

When it comes to food, I make better choices because I want to - not because I feel like I have to. I feel so much better! And though I’m not off all of my medications, antacids are definitely a thing of the past! I’ve lost almost as many inches as I am tall, and I don’t ever want to go back to how I was. I’ve regained my energy, my self esteem and I didn’t have to spend hours in the gym to make it happen!

Here's my advice for your if you're considering MRC's program: take your program one day at a time. Be willing to celebrate every small victory. Never beat yourself up or accuse yourself of not doing well enough - every pound lost is a win!

Why did I choose MRC? Well, for starters my health and appearance had become a concern. But the most concerning thing to me was how far my boat would sink when I boarded it!

I was hesitant to get started. After all, I'm hard-headed, had concerns about the cost, and of course I thought that I could do this myself and didn't need the extra support. But my wife, Angie, knew something I didn’t know. She's the one who introduced me to Metabolic Research Center and showed me that this program was a total game changer. 

Now that I’ve lost weight and inches, I’m active again, I’m not wasting so much time “resting”, I look and feel better, my bloodwork numbers are all back in a healthy range, and my own success allows me to spur others on to chasing their own success! Truly, the best part of my program was celebrating every healthy win with my wife my supportive MRC Team.

MRC's program worked for me and it will work for you. But you've got to stay the course. If you cheat, that's a choice, but remember that you're only cheating yourself. I always say, if you aim at nothing, then you’ll hit it every time! So get a goal in mind and keep it in your sights! Excellent coaches, support and patience was what I needed to be successful at weight loss and I experienced it all at MRC!

Staff are awesome. Always listens to client. Make suggestions. Encourages clients. Sends positive texts when losing or not losing. Has incentives to win by losing weight. Discusses plans which are best for you. Average loss 1-2 lbs per week. Sometimes loss is more.
