My sister started the plan over a year ago and was successful and she kept urging me to join. My husband and I joined in June and both of us are enjoying the program a lot and have lost weight! Surprise! We love how easy the program is to follow and it doesn’t feel like a “diet”. A lifetime change for the better. Darla and Amy are experts and so full of information, and encouragement.
