After struggling with my weight for five years, I can finally say that Metabolic Research Center has helped me to keep off 35 pounds since 2009! What I love best about working for MRC is the transformation in people that I get to see not only on the outside, but on the inside, as well! The great thing about losing weight at MRC is not only that you lose weight fast, but you keep it off forever!

My passion for nutrition also comes from my degree in dietetics where I learned not only about food but the role it plays in the body and in our health. As Manager of the Murfreesboro, TN center, I can honestly say that it's the greatest and most rewarding job I have ever had! Not many people can say that they come to work, have a blast, and help change people's lives!

My name is josh and i am 36 years old. I started MRC 7 months ago and it changed my entire life. I weighed 365 pounds I was depressed, had severe anxiety and I couldn’t even work.
